On or about 1/11/2018,    a) An exit door in Quality Control Area (next to employee parking area) was blocked by a 2 cubic yard garbage container.    b) An exit door in Quality Control Area (close to maintenance shop) was obstructed from the outside by a dumpster.  It prevented the door to be open fully.    c) The exit route near Road Supervisors' Office was not kept free of obstruction.  It was used a storage area for boxes, office furniture, and other materials.    d) The exit door in Body Shop Area was blocked by a 55 Gallon drum and other materials.
