29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were not corrected or repaired before an employee used the walking-working surface nor was the hazard guarded to prevent employees from using the walking working surface until correction or repair. a. On or about January 11, 2018, in the enamel 2 spray booth, employees were exposed to trip hazards from missing and/or damaged floor grating. The missing or damaged floor grating was not guarded to prevent employee exposure.
