Where relocation was impracticable, combustibles were not protected with flameproofed covers or otherwise shielded with metal or asbestos guards or curtains: At 4112 Papin Street, St. Louis, MO, specifically inside of the Maintenance Shop, arc welding and oxy-fuel cutting was performed inside of a room that measured approximately 15 feet by 15 feet. Combustibles in the form of cardboard boxes and wooden tables and shelving were present. These combustibles were neither relocated nor shielded to prevent fire. This violation was noted on 01/18/18.
