29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(4): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structural members were not provided between the top rail of the stairrail system and the stairway steps:        On or about 1/10/2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were accessing a second floor using a stairway with no midrail on the first landing at approximately 7 feet, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
