29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): Consumer Department: On or about January 10, 2018 and at times prior thereto; employee(s) sorting potatoes around Volm Bagger conveyor belts of various lengths and heights were exposed to overhead hazards and caught-by hazards from exposed rollers and nip points on an unguarded conveyor measured at heights ranging from 4 feet, 5.4 feet and 6 feet. Note* Abatement certification IS required for this item.
