29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) On or about January 11, 2018 and times prior, employees performed servicing and maintenance activities such as clearing jams on the ripsaws, replacing blades on saws, and replacing knives on jointer. The employer did not perform annual periodic inspections of the energy control program to ensure the requirements of the energy control standards are met.
