29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: 818 Wiltsey's Mill Rd., Winslow, NJ: On or about Jan 16, 2018, employees of Ray F. Howell Jr. dba Ray Howell Construction were installing roofing underlayment on the pitched roof of a commercial business undergoing construction renovation. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were exposed to fall hazard of 15.5 feet from the eves to the ground below.
