29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):  Machine guarding was not provided to protect operators and other employees from hazards created by ingoing nip points and rotating parts:      (a)  Noosa Yoghurt at 4120 North County Road 25E, Bellvue, CO 80512:  On or before January 8, 2018, the employer did not ensure that conveyors on, but not limited to, Lines 1 & 2 were provided with guards to protect operators and other employees from hazards created by the underslung conveyors belts near the check-weighers. This condition exposed the employees in the Fill Room to injuries caused by unprotected rotating parts and ingoing nip points.

29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:    (a)  Noosa Yoghurt at 4120 North County Road 25E, Bellvue, CO 80512:  On or before January 8, 2018, the employer did not ensure that the drive sprockets and chains on the Outfeed of Line #2 were provided with guards to protect operators and other employees. This condition exposed the employees to ingoing nip point hazards.
