OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard: a) At the orange grove located at 11001 Altman Road, Fort Meade, FL, an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard while using a 19 feet, 7 inch metal ladder to pick oranges from a row of trees located under a 21 feet, 6 inch high, 7.2kV phase to ground overhead power line.
