29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about January 6, 2018 at the Missouri Cooperage facility- in the Heading department on the planter feed conveyor of the Facility, employees were exposed to serious injuries to the fingers and hands, in that the Sprocket Wheels and Chain on the planter feed conveyor belt was not enclosed and guarded.
