OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    (a) Entire Building: On or about January 18, 2018 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed his employees to the hazard of being struck-by fragments of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) plastic pipe in the event that the PVC plastic pipe ruptured. PVC plastic piping was used in exposed above ground location to transport compressed air at 170 psi.
