1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) New townhome construction located on Lot #19, Front side: On or about 01/16/2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that employees were not provided with protective eyewear while installing Hardie-Plank siding and trim boards.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section: (a) New townhome construction located on Lot #19, Front side: On or about 01/16/2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of over 25-feet to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while working from the pump jack scaffold system and the roof.
