29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points: a) In the warehouse near the door to the greenhouse, employees are exposed to electrical hazards when a flexible cord, that was powering heaters was damaged and laying on the floor while plugged in. Flexible cord was damaged from pallet jacks rolling over the cord. This violation was observed on or about January 18, 2018.
