29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501. (a) Jobsite: On or about 1/19/18, an employee was observed working on the roof of a 2-story residence without being protected from falling. Ace Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1149284, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/12/2016, with respect to the jobsite at 516 North Broadway, East Providence, RI 02914. Ace Roofing was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1093820, citation 2, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/30/2015, with respect to the jobsite at 197 Ocean Blvd. Seabrook NH 03874.
