Worksite located at 3621 NE Akin Drive, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking underneath suspended loads flown up on the roof by a crane and were not protected from impact by the use of hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: (a). Worksite located at 3621 NE Akin Drive, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working near the edges while performing hoisting activities on to the roof. Employees were not protected by falling by any means of fall protection.
