29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The Floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet process were used mats were not provided: a) R&D Building 5, Second Floor, Kitchen 208: A mat was not provided in the kitchen in front of the kettles to prevent employees from slipping on the wet tiles, on or about 1/16/2018. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
