29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employer did not ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting respirator is fit tested prior to initial use, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, make or model) is used, and at least annually thereafter.  On or about January 18, 2018, employees were exposed to respiratory stressors associated with being required to wear respirators such as, but not limited to, MSA full face tight-fitting respirators. The employer did not provide fit testing to employees prior to respirator use.    There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
