29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit". On or about January 18, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that exit doors were marked with an "EXIT" sign exposing employees to asphyxiation, burns and inhalation hazards; a. in the control room area exit doors were not marked to clearly identify the exit, and b. throughout the exit route from the control room, to the exit discharge door, doors were not marked.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: On or about January 18, 2018 and times prior thereto, from the control room, the employer did not ensure that exit routes were marked with an exit arrow or exit indicators leading to the exit discharge of the warehouse in case of an emergency from fires or ammonia leaks.
