Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse: On or about 1/19/2018, Inside the Warehouse 1) One employee engaged in HVAC repairs, sales and distribution was exposed to struck by hazards due to an overloaded overhead storage (approximately at 7ft height from floor level) of boxes and materials, such as refrigeration pipes.
