29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage was not secured. Storage of material must not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a) Wire Cage Area - On or about January 19, 2018, an employee operating the Reel-O-Matic machine sustained multiple injuries when a cable at then end of a 600 pound reel got tangled on the support pipe and came off the rack striking the employee.
