On or about January 17, 2018, side porch area, employees bracing roof trusses were not protected from falling 9.4 feet to the concrete below by a fall protection system.   b. On or about January 17, 2018, 2nd floor, employees installing back deck were not protected from falling 9.4 feet to the deck below.    c. On or about January 17, 2018, 3rd floor, employees installing back deck were not protected from falling up to 20 feet to the ground below.   Elite Framing Florida, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1267414, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on December 20, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 720 Aldenham Lane, Ormond Beach, FL 32174.  Gator Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1192312, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on January 25, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Emmerson Drive, Palm Coast, FL 32164.
