All mills containing one or more machines that create dust, shavings, chips, or slivers during a period of time equal to or greater than one-fourth of the working day, was not equipped with a collecting system of sufficient strength and capacity to enable it to remove such refuse from points of operation and immediate vicinities of machines and work areas. (a) Sawmill Building: On or about January 23, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the Wood-Mizer band saw, exposing employees to fire hazards from an accumulation of wood dust.
