29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer shall assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). If such hazards are present, or likely to be present, the employer shall select, and have each affected employee use, the types of PPE that will protect the affected employee from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment:    a) The employer has not conducted a documented workplace assessment.    b) The employer has not evaluated what personal protective equipment, such as jackets and gloves, is appropriate for employees using welding equipment.    c) The employer has not evaluated if disposable nitrile gloves are appropriate for all of the cleaning products used by Detail Technicians.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Workplace labeling. Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with either: The information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers; or, Product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical:    a) Chemical containers in the Detail Area were not labeled with hazards associated with the contents.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers shall provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area. Information and training may be designed to cover categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals. Chemical-specific information must always be available through labels and safety data sheets:  a)  Detailing Technicians were not trained on the hazards associated with the cleaning chemicals.  b) Service Technicians and Detailing Technicians were not trained on the location of Safety Data Sheets Binders.
