29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Construction Site: On or about January 18, 2018, the employer did not provide a training program to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of more than 6-feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Construction Site: On or about January 18, 2018, four employees were observed working on a steep roof (6:12) without utilizing any type of fall protection equipment. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of more than 6-ft. to the ground below. Camaños Roofing & Remodeling was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1057428, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 6, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1570 San Francisco Dr., Midland, TX 79706. Camaños Roofing & Remodeling was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 791201.015, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/28/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 11611 Dyer St. El Paso, TX.
