29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared: a. On or about January 25, 2018, the employer did not obtain baseline audiograms for employees who worked at the Deburr Table and Viber Tub Area of the facility. Representative noise dosimetry showed that the employees were exposed to hazardous noise ranging from 88.3 to 93.2 dBA which exceeded the action level of an 8 hour time weighted average of 85 dBA.
