29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): (2) The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided: a) 35 Industrial Dr., East Longmeadow, MA: On or about January 23, 2018, the floor of the work room where the employees must work/travel was not kept dry as leaking machine water coolant pipes were splashing water to the point where it was accumulating in multiple low spots on the workroom floor.
