29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Construction Site: On or about January 23, 2018, two employees were working on building #5 roof without utilizing the fall protection equipment they were wearing. Employees did not connect to a lifeline. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of more than 6-ft. to the ground below.
