Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards. Rear exit route: An energized outlet behind the recycling cart was damaged and did not have a cover affixed to it. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1143085, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on August 17, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 600 N.
