29 CFR 1926.854(b): Wall sections more than one story in height were permitted to stand alone without lateral bracing when the wall section was not originally designed to stand alone without such lateral support: a) Front Northeast Corner - Bracing was not provided on a 16 inch wide section of brick façade that was three stories in height and collapsed as a result and injured workers at the site, on or about 01/10/2018. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
