29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 01/24/18, on the roof on the left side of a house at 110 Highgate Ave., Buffalo, NY: Four employees engaged in roofing work on a steep roof were exposed to a fall of approx. 19 ft. Three of the four employees were wearing full body harnesses, but had no lanyards attached. None of the employees were tethered to an anchor point. Pitch of the roof was approx. 7 in 12. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
