Employees were exposed to potential impact injuries caused from falling material and/or equipment. B) Rockridge Building LLC on or about January 24, 2018, at the address of 9616 Stallion Drive, Whitehouse, Ohio: The employer did not ensure an employee was protected from a head injury, while working at a level horizontal plain, when an aerial lift was in motion. The employee was exposed to potential impact injury caused from moving heavy equipment (fork lift).

The unsecured platform was at a height of 15ft when the employees were applying sheeting (OSB) to the roof trusses. B) Rockridge Building LLC on or about January 24, 2018 conducting work at 9616 Stallion Drive, Whitehouse, Ohio: The employer did not ensure a platform / pallet was free of horizontal movement, while occupied by two employees. The unsecured, moving platform was at a height of 15ft when the employees were applying sheeting (OSB) to the roof trusses.
