On the east side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing eye and face protection and exposed to struck-by hazards and eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.       On the east side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21 feet to the ground below.

On the east side of the construction site, the employer did not provide a ladder where employees could access and egress the upper landings exposing them to a potential fall of more than 6 feet.
