29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 419 Third Avenue, Avon By The Beach NJ: Employees, not using the required fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 8 feet to the roof surface below when performing roof ridge installation and other related activities from a pitched , second story roof of a residential structure. Condition observed on or about 01/25/18.
