29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At Lot 97 Thistledown Loop, Spanish Fort, Alabama: On or about January 23, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to install shingles on roof without using fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 13 feet 1 inch to the ground below. THE LEONEL ALVAREZ DBA LEONEL ALVAREZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1201355, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 13, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 649 TURQUISE DR. LOT 52, STONE CREEK VILLAS, FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA.
