29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i): When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge:    (a) The employer did not ensure that warning lines used as part of a fall protection system on a commercial building were at least 6 feet away from the edge, exposing employees to a fall hazard.    Premier Roofing Design, Inc. DBA Top Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 995814, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on July 13, 2015, with respect to a workplace location at 911 W. 50th Place, Chicago, IL 60609.
