Delta Carpentry Contractors, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 957365, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 4, 2014, with respect to a worksite located at 5 N. Acacia Drive, Hawthorn Woods, Illinois.             In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
