29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about January 24, 2018, at the worksite located at 22 North Stonehenge in Cabot, Arkansas, employee below in the vicinity of employees performing framing tasks, did not wear head protection. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. James Carlson dba All Phases Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1239223, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 238 Stonehenge in Cabot, Arkansas.

James Carlson dba All Phases Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1239223, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 238 Stonehenge in Cabot, Arkansas.
