29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  On or about January 26, 2018, in the water treatment tank area there was no eye wash in the immediate vicinity with unimpeded access, i.e. adjacent to the operation, where workers are required to add caustic soda (pH of 14 per SDS) to the tanks for pH control.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Space about electric equipment. Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  On or about January 26, 2018, the live electrical panels located on the wall directly next to the waste water storage tanks room, under the staircase, were blocked by several barrels of chemicals and fencing equipment, impeding the ready access in the event of an emergency.
