29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.  On or about January 26, 2018, and times prior thereto,  the bathrooms in rooms 118 and 121 were not maintained in a sanitary manner in that there was visible mold located on the walls of bathrooms.
