29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) West side of house roof - On or about January 26, 2018 an employee applying roof sheeting to top of steep roof 23 feet high was not protected from falling off with the use of any fall protection system.
