29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On January 16, 2018 at the worksite located at 2530 W. Broadway in Forrest City, Arkansas, the conveyor for the Oil, Browning, and Feed area was not adequately guarded to prevent employees' hands from entering the rotating sprockets. This condition exposed employees to pinch point hazards. An employee was injured due to this hazard in the past.
