Broadway in Forrest City, Arkansas, the conveyor for the Oil, Browning, and Feed area was not adequately guarded to prevent employees' hands from entering the rotating sprockets. This condition exposed employees to pinch point hazards. An employee was injured due to this hazard in the past.
