29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system : Residential Home: a-An employee was positioned at the (Rear) of the residential house engaged in the framing of a residential home and leaning over and unprotected edge while using a pneumatic nail gun and exposed to fall hazards of 20ft as a means of fall protection was not being utilized. Condition noted on or about 01/15/2018 b-An employee was positioned at the (Front) unprotected second story exposed to fall hazards of 20ft as a means of fall protection was not being utilized. Condition noted on or about 01/15/2018.
