OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall and crushing hazards: a. On or about January 30, 2018, the employer did not instruct its employees in the proper use, inspection and maintenance of tools and equipment, including ropes and lines, exposing employees to fall hazards. b. On or about January 30, 2018, the employer did not conduct a pre-job briefing by a qualified arborist for all affected employees, exposing them to crushing hazards.
