29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut. a) Easton Silk Mill, Building L - On or about November 28, 2017, an employee used a DeWalt portable table saw without an installed guard hood to cut trim boards.
