Employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 30ft. to the ground below while performing bricklaying operations from a supported scaffold platform that was not fully planked, on or about 01/29/2018.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(i): The end of a platform 10 feet or less in length extended over its support more than 12 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees and/or materials without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end.  a.) 6400 Jefferson St., West New York, NJ.  Employees engaged in bricklaying activities were exposed to fall hazards approximately 30 feet to the ground below while on a supported scaffold that had the platforms cantilevered ends extended approximately 36inches over its horizontal support, on or about 01/29/2018.
