29 CFR 1910.212(a)(4): Barrels, containers, and drums. Revolving drums, barrels, and containers were not guarded by an enclosure which is interlocked with the drive mechanism, so that the barrel, drum, or container cannot revolve unless the guard enclosure is in place. Production floor: On or about January 30, 2018, employees working on the 55 gallon drum lifting and revolving machine were exposed to caught-in between and struck-by safety hazards.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access went through a room that could be locked, to reach an exit or exit discharge. Dry warehouse: On or about January 30, 2018, an exit route on the north wall of dry final product storage warehouse was found obstructed with palletized final product. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.
