On or about January 26, 2018 through January 30, 2018, the ingoing nip points created between the sheeter rollers at the individual sheeter stations were not adequately guarded to protect the operators' hands/fingers from getting caught in the ingoing nips (points of operation) between the rollers.      Line #3, DCA Sheeter Stamper.     b.  On or about January 30, 2018, the guard opening at the entrance to the stamper was not adequate to prevent entry with hands/fingers into the point of operation.     Abatement documentation is required for Instance a. in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).   There is no abatement documentation required for Instance b. which was Corrected During Inspection.
