29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Missoula Concrete Construction, Batch Machine: On or about January 30, 2018 and at times prior, the employer failed to develop, document, and implement hazardous energy control procedures to protect employees working on the batch machine performing maintenance activities and minor repairs.
