29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction:     Spray Booth area: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions.  The employer permitted employees to operate the spray booth used for flammable and combustible liquids where combustible materials were stored within 3 feet of the spray booth.   On 01/30/2018 employees worked in a spray booth which had combustible materials stored within 3 feet of the booth.

29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked:   Plant wide: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions.  The employees are permitted to walk and work where permanent aisles and walkways are not marked.   On 01/30/2018 employees were observed walking and working in the same in the main aisles and walkways used by forklifts.  The permanent aisles and passageways were not marked.

29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition:     Plant: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions.  The employees operate forklifts with defects such as non-working horns and brake pedals without slip resistance covers.   On 01/30/2018 employees operated forklifts with defective horns and missing slip resistance pads on brake pedals.  The forklifts were not removed from service until the defects were corrected.
