29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 2721 Brighton Lane (Auburn, AL); On or about January 9, 2018 and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet 6 inches to the ground below in that the employer did not ensure fall protection was being used. Juan Francisco Garcia dba Juan Francisco Garcia was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1233201, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 1, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2256 Turnbury Lane (Lot 68 Shelton Cove), Auburn, Alabama 36830.
